Today I'd like to tell you about my short three days holidays when I had learned an AVAYA Mid market course in Moscow AVAYA learning center. This course is for presale, I think. But it was very interesting to know more about avaya products from real avaya technical specialists, not from support.avaya.com as usually ☺. First day wad about IP Office server edition, second day was about switches and network, third wad about skopia products. For me, I was impressed by scopia products...really, it is awesome... And very interesting presentation. So... These were three useful days for my work.
